The Department has invited applications for the re-examination of the 2025 General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (G.C.E. O/L) examination answer sheets through the online system. Accordingly, it has been announced that school and private candidates can submit their applications online from June 25 to July 8. Candidates can apply by visiting the "Exam Information Centre" section of the official website of the Department of Examinations https://www.doenets.lk or through the direct website address https://onlineexams.gov.lk/eic. Existing account holders should use the examination index number and National Identity Card (NIC) number used for the 2025 Ordinary Level examination, while new applicants should register their ID card and phone number. The revision fee for one subject is Rs. 200 and can be paid through credit or debit cards or at the post office. The department has advised that candidates should read the instructions carefully before applying as applications without payment of the fee will be rejected as only one application can be submitted by a candidate.
