Sri Lanka Air Force members stationed at the New Operations Building identified and detained a man accused of stealing a passenger's bag at Pettah bus stand after reviewing CCTV footage.

A theft at Pettah bus stand on Sunday resulted in the swift detention of a suspect following intervention by Sri Lanka Air Force personnel. The incident was captured on surveillance cameras monitored at the New Operations Building, where SLAF staff identified the alleged theft in progress.

Upon spotting the incident through CCTV monitoring, Air Force members on duty took immediate action to apprehend the individual suspected of stealing a passenger's bag.
