Businessman arrested with unregistered superbikes worth over Rs. 10 million

A businessman has been arrested in Hokandara, Athurugiriya, with five high-powered modern motorcycles valued at over Rs. 10 million, which cannot be legally registered in Sri Lanka.Police also seized two forged number plates during the operation.According to police, the arrest was made following a raid conducted by officers of the Homagama Divisional Crimes Investigation Bureau based on a tip-off.The suspect has been identified as a 25-year-old resident of Hokandara, police said.Athurugiriya Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
