Sri Lankan cricketers have achieved career-best ICC rankings following successful T20I and ODI series victories against Pakistan, with captain Chamari Athapaththu and teammate Imesha Dulani among those making significant gains.

Sri Lanka's women's cricket team has been rewarded with improved international rankings following their recent series triumphs over Pakistan. In the T20I format, captain Chamari Athapaththu secured a new career-high rating by climbing one position to sixth place on the ICC batting rankings. The 36-year-old skipper delivered consistent performances throughout the series, scoring 39 runs in the opening match and 40 in the decisive second T20I victory.

Teammate Imesha Dulani achieved even more dramatic gains, jumping 33 spots to reach 23rd place after scoring an unbeaten century against Pakistan in the series opener. On the Pakistan side, batters Muneeba Ali and Shawaal Zulfiqar also benefited from the series, with Ali climbing four positions to 30th and Zulfiqar surging from outside the top 100 to 52nd following strong individual performances.

In the ODI rankings, Sri Lanka's dominance continued with Player of the Series Harshitha Samarawickrama rising four spots to 13th place after accumulating 173 runs across three matches, including an unbeaten 73 in the series-clinching eight-wicket victory. Teammate Hasini Perera also advanced two positions to 35th. Pakistan's representatives made their own progress, with bowler Nashra Sandhu climbing three spots to 10th on the ODI bowling rankings following four wickets across the series, while batters Gull Feroza and Fatima Sana gained nine and six positions respectively.
