The hotel, located on the West Artificial Island of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, will rely entirely on robots to perform key guest services, including reception, luggage handling, room service, housekeeping, security patrols and visitor assistance. Trial operations are expected to begin in late 2026 ahead of the hotel’s official opening in 2027.
