DFCC Bank has been recognised with two country-level awards at the ICC Emerging Asia Banking Conclave & Awards 2026, acknowledging its performance in both business expansion and financial returns.

DFCC Bank has secured two awards at the 4th ICC Emerging Asia Banking Conclave & Awards 2026, organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce. The bank received recognition as Best Performance on Growth - Sri Lanka and Best Performance on Profitability - Sri Lanka, honours that reflect its achievements among emerging financial institutions across the Asian region.

The awards were conferred upon Anton Arumugam, Senior Vice President for Offshore Banking, Remittances and Business Development at DFCC Bank, during a ceremony held in New Delhi, India. Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka K. G. P. Sirikumara presented the awards, which recognise the institution's capacity to expand operations while simultaneously improving its financial performance.

Thimal Perera, Chief Executive Officer and Director of DFCC Bank, highlighted the significance of the dual recognition, noting that growth and profitability are complementary measures of success.
