DIMO held its Prestige Awards 2025/26 to recognise outstanding performance across its dealer network, while also marking 35 years of partnership with Mahindra Tractors and unveiling new agricultural machinery.

DIMO recently hosted the Agri Machinery Prestige Awards 2025/26 at an event in Colombo, bringing together dealers, principals, and company leadership to recognise exceptional performance within its nationwide agricultural machinery distribution network. The awards ceremony honoured dealers across three categories: Sales, Spare Parts, and Service, reflecting what the company described as its commitment to strengthening partnerships in Sri Lanka's agricultural sector.

Kavin Motors of Vavuniya won the Sales Category award, represented by A. Vickneshwaran, while A.V.P. Motors in Rambewa received recognition in the Spare Parts category through N.P.L. Gunawardane. MF Tractor Works in Vavuniya claimed the Service Category award, with Nadaraj Puwaneshwaran accepting the honour for the company's commitment to after-sales support.

The event also marked a significant milestone, celebrating 35 years of collaboration between DIMO and Mahindra Tractors. According to DIMO, this partnership has been central to advancing agricultural mechanisation across the island through the supply of modern farming equipment. The ceremony featured the introduction of two new agricultural machines to DIMO's product lineup: the Mahindra OJA Tractor and the LOVOL RG102 Pro Harvester, aimed at enhancing productivity for local farmers.

Executive Director Rajeev Pandithage stated that the dealer network has been instrumental in the company's growth and emphasised DIMO's ongoing commitment to introducing world-class agricultural technologies alongside strengthening partnerships within the farming community.
