Malaysian photographer and master diver Eric Goh will headline the latest edition of Cinnamon Nature Trails' Top Experts in the City series, showcasing his two decades of underwater and wildlife photography work.
Cinnamon Nature Trails is hosting an evening presentation featuring internationally recognised underwater photographer Eric Goh, who will share insights from his extensive career documenting marine environments across the globe. The event, titled 'Jewels Beneath the Waves', forms part of the hospitality group's ongoing Top Experts in the City series, which aims to bring specialist voices in wildlife and exploration to Colombo audiences.
Goh brings more than 20 years of professional experience in underwater, wildlife and nature photography. His work has been featured in international publications and has supported major tourism and environmental initiatives. Over the past five years, he has documented Sri Lanka's marine ecosystems, providing a distinctive perspective on the island's underwater biodiversity and ecological significance. Beyond his photographic practice, Goh authored a publication on Terengganu Islands and State Parks and currently chairs the Sultan Mizan International Photography Awards, one of Malaysia's largest photography competitions.
The presentation will also feature Chitral Jayatilake, Head of Cinnamon Nature Trails, who will share memorable wildlife encounters and expedition experiences from the company's global operations. Organisers indicate that the evening will include previews of upcoming nature travel experiences. The event is supported by City of Dreams Sri Lanka and Seylan Bank, partners seeking to create educational experiences centred on environmental appreciation and conservation awareness.
The evening is scheduled for Saturday, 29 August 2026 at Cumulus, Level 23, Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams Sri Lanka. According to event organisers, the Top Experts in the City series continues its mission to connect audiences with the natural world through storytelling and expert knowledge.
