According to the Police, the suspects were apprehended while riding at excessive speed with modified sound silencers fitted to their motorcycles.
The arrested individuals are aged 18, 19, 20, and 22, and are residents of Nikaweratiya, Chithikuliya, Kobeigane, and Thuththiripitiya.
Investigations have revealed that all four motorcycles were being operated with fake number plates.
