Health Ministry sets up Dengue Operations Centre and Hotline

The Ministry of Health and Mass Media has established a Dengue Operations Centre to expedite the reporting of information and complaints related to dengue prevention and control.As part of the initiative, a dedicated hotline has been introduced for the public to obtain information and assistance regarding dengue, the Health Ministry said in a statement. Accordingly, the public will be able to access information through the 0117 966366 hotline number.The Health Ministry has also urged the general public to use the number to report dengue-related concerns, submit complaints and seek information on prevention measures.It further stressed that public participation is essential in controlling the spread of dengue.
