Hilton Colombo will showcase authentic Vietnamese cuisine during a 10-day festival in collaboration with Hilton Saigon, featuring guest chefs and regional specialties at its Graze Kitchen restaurant.
Hilton Colombo is set to launch the second edition of its 'Flavors of Việt Nam' culinary event this August, offering diners an immersive experience into Vietnamese gastronomic traditions. Running from 20 to 29 August 2026 in partnership with Hilton Saigon, the showcase will be led by guest chefs Nam and Van, who will guide visitors through Vietnam's diverse regional cuisines each evening.
The festival menu will feature an array of traditional Vietnamese dishes prepared using authentic techniques. Offerings include bánh mì sandwiches with pickled vegetables and fresh herbs, steaming bowls of pho served with beef or chicken, bánh xèo pancakes, fresh spring rolls, and charcoal-grilled specialties. The experience will integrate these authentic dishes with Graze Kitchen's regular dinner buffet, creating a blended culinary experience. Dessert options will highlight Vietnamese flavors through offerings such as coffee jelly and mango sticky rice.
According to Manesh Fernando, General Manager of Hilton Colombo, the collaboration aims to bridge cultures through cuisine. "Food has a unique way of bringing cultures together. Through our collaboration with Hilton Saigon, we are honored to share the flavors and traditions of Việt Nam with our guests, bringing a taste of this remarkable culinary destination to Colombo for the second time," he stated.
The event will operate across two seatings nightly, with the first seating from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and the second from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Pricing is set at LKR 10,888 net per adult and LKR 5,444 net for children aged 6 to 11 years.
