The All Sri Lanka Jewellers' Association has reported that the price of gold has recorded an increase in the country today, Saturday.
Accordingly, one pound of 24 karat gold has increased by Rs. 5,000 and is being sold for Rs. 386,000.
One pound of 22 karat gold has increased by Rs. 5,000 and is being sold for Rs. 355,200.
Accordingly, the price of one gram of 24 karat gold is being sold for Rs. 48,250 and the price of one gram of 22 karat gold is being sold for Rs. 44,400.
