The construction of a 12-storey housing complex with 624 housing units in the Kolonnawa area of Colombo has been announced to have been completed. The announcement was made by the Ministry of Urban Development. Arrangements have been finalized. This housing complex was built with financial assistance from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) at a cost of Rs. 5,784 million. The Ministry of Urban Development also stated that all arrangements have been finalized to hand over the project to the public.
