Prime Lands Residencies PLC has officially handed over The Palace Gampaha, described as the largest planned gated community in the Gampaha district, following construction that began in 2021.

Prime Lands Residencies PLC, the condominium development division of Prime Group, has completed the handover of The Palace Gampaha to homeowners. According to the developer, the project represents the largest planned gated community established in Gampaha to date. Construction on the development commenced in 2021 and has now reached completion.

Located approximately 2 kilometers from Gampaha Town and 100 meters from the Colombo-Kandy main road, the development comprises 480 two and three-bedroom apartments across a rising ground plus three floors structure. Units are priced from LKR 27.5 million. The 13½-acre site allocates only 20 percent of land for residential apartments, with the remaining 80 percent dedicated to landscaped areas and common facilities, according to Prime Residencies' specifications.

The development features amenities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, clubhouse, library, community kitchen, laundry facilities, mini mart, and a daycare center managed by the Lyceum Group. The complex operates as a fully gated and secure community. Infrastructure incorporates solar power for common areas, underground electricity cables, and an advanced sewage treatment plant with water recycling capabilities.

Prime Residencies stated that the project secured all required statutory approvals for handover, including certifications from the Condominium Management Authority, along with formal registration of the Condominium Plan and Deed of Declaration. The developer characterized the achievement as significant in terms of both legal compliance and engineering execution.
