During the site inspection, the minister examined the current condition of the facility and conferred with officials regarding outstanding construction tasks and subsequent expansion initiatives. Gamage committed to addressing existing deficiencies at the ground in a timely manner, stating that the facility would be made available to the public upon completion as part of a broader government initiative to enhance sports infrastructure nationwide.
