Sri Lanka Cricket has selected a 14-member squad for the second Test against India at the SSC in Colombo from August 23-27, featuring the recall of Kamil Mishara and Sahan Arachchige.

Sri Lanka Cricket has unveiled its squad for the concluding Test match of the series against India, scheduled to take place at the Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo from August 23 to 27. The fixture represents the second and final encounter in a two-match series that forms part of the ongoing ICC World Test Championship 2025–2027 cycle.

Dhananjaya de Silva will lead the Sri Lankan side as captain, with Kamindu Mendis serving as his deputy. The squad features the return of two players to the Test team: Kamil Mishara and Sahan Arachchige have been recalled following their absence from the first Test.

The complete 14-member squad includes batsmen Lahiru Udara, Pasindu Sooriyabandara, and Niroshan Dickwella, alongside middle-order players Kamindu Mendis and Sahan Arachchige. The bowling contingent comprises pacers Asitha Fernando, Vishwa Fernando, and Lahiru Kumara, alongside spinners Prabath Jayasuriya, Keshara Nuwantha, and Milan Ratnayake. Sonal Dinusha has also been included in the squad.

Both teams will seek to conclude the series on a positive note, with the match offering crucial World Test Championship points for the 2025-2027 cycle.
