NYNE Hotels has introduced a comprehensive destination wedding offering across three properties in Bentota, positioning Sri Lanka as a competitive wedding tourism destination as global demand for such services grows.

NYNE Hotels has unveiled a curated destination wedding service centred on three interconnected properties along Bentota's coastline, as the global wedding tourism market continues to expand. The offering comprises Rock Villa by NYNE, a restored heritage estate set within three acres of tropical gardens, alongside ANUGRAH and ANUPRIT, two luxury beachfront properties situated adjacent to one another.

Each property serves a distinct purpose within the wedding experience. Rock Villa, originally a traditional walauwa structure, contains nine rooms and accommodates exclusive property buyouts for intimate celebrations. ANUGRAH functions as a contemporary beachfront venue featuring ocean-facing rooms and Table by NYNE – The Beach restaurant, while ANUPRIT operates as a seven-room boutique property with wellness facilities including a spa and infinity pool. According to NYNE Hotels, couples can utilise all three locations to create multi-day celebrations with varied experiences.

Nayantara Fonseka, founder and designer at NYNE Hotels, emphasised that the service moves beyond aesthetic considerations. The company states it avoids preset packages, instead developing individualised itineraries incorporating custom menus, private dining, floral design, cultural experiences, and recreational activities including beachfront dining, spa treatments, water sports, and rooftop activities.

The launch reflects broader efforts to establish Sri Lanka as a regional destination for high-end wedding events. The announcement arrives as the global destination wedding market is projected to experience further growth, positioning the Bentota properties to capture international couples seeking customised experiences in scenic locations.
