Digibrush Productions, a Colombo-based independent advertising agency, has been ranked among Asia-Pacific's top five most effective independent agency offices in the 2025 Effie Index, while also placing 24th globally.

Digibrush Productions, an independent agency based in Colombo, has secured the fifth position among Asia-Pacific's most effective independent agency offices according to the 2025 Effie Index. The ranking places the Sri Lankan firm alongside leading independent agencies from India, Pakistan, and New Zealand in the regional top five. Globally, Digibrush achieved the 24th position, positioning it within the world's top 25 independent agency offices.

The Effie Index, now in its 15th year, functions as a comprehensive global benchmark for marketing effectiveness. The 2025 rankings were compiled from data analysing more than 5,700 finalist and winning entries across more than 50 Effie Awards competitions spanning 130 markets worldwide. The Effie Awards themselves have been recognising effective marketing campaigns since 1968.

Digibrush operates as a full-service digital and creative agency with a client portfolio spanning multiple sectors including telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods, apparel, finance, and real estate. The agency serves both regional and global clients across markets including Sri Lanka, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada. According to the sources, the agency's international work includes projects with multinational corporations such as General Mills and its brands including Häagen-Dazs, Nature Valley, and Old El Paso.

Co-founders Hisham Zulfiqar and Fazaal Naufer characterised the recognition as meaningful precisely because Digibrush was built and remains rooted in Sri Lanka. The ranking reflects the agency's evolution from a homegrown digital operation into a competitive international player, demonstrating that Sri Lankan creative talent and marketing execution can compete at global standards.
