Sri Lanka's diversified conglomerate Hunas Holdings has announced a strategic partnership with Japan-based CCH Inc to identify, develop, and manage real estate and hospitality projects, strengthening its market position in these sectors.

Hunas Holdings, a company listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange with 12 subsidiaries across renewable energy, leisure, tea, and real estate, has entered into a partnership with CCH Inc, a Tokyo-based diversified business group. The agreement was announced on August 31, 2026, according to a market disclosure.

CCH Inc, founded in 2008, specializes in business process outsourcing, in-house services, investment, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. According to Hunas Holdings' filing, the Japanese company combines investment with acquisition activity and operational expertise, positioning it to take an active role in the sectors and markets it enters.

The collaboration aims to identify, develop, and manage potential projects within the real estate and hospitality sectors. Hunas Holdings stated that the partnership is expected to strengthen the company's presence and growth prospects across these industries while enabling the development of new opportunities.
