Seven suspects, including three Sri Lankans, have been arrested in a crackdown on drug trafficking networks in Kuwait, a local media outlet reported. The arrests include three Sri Lankans, a Kuwaiti citizen, an Indian national and two stateless Bedouins. A large quantity of narcotics and psychotropic substances, which were ready for trafficking and personal use, were seized from the arrested group. Authorities have also seized advanced equipment used for packaging and distributing drugs, as well as additional legal action. During the operation, 2.550 kilograms of hashish, 150 grams of heroin and 20 grams of methamphetamine were recovered from them.
