The company clarifies that its responsibilities are limited to administrative tasks such as collecting application forms, documentation, and biometric enrollment. Final visa approval or rejection decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of the Korean Embassy. Applicants are advised to obtain visa requirements, fees, and appointment booking information exclusively through the official Korean Embassy website and VFS Global's official platform.
