Prime Group, a major real estate developer in Sri Lanka, has inaugurated its eighth branch in Gampaha, strengthening its service network in one of the country's fastest-growing regions. The new facility marks a significant expansion milestone for the company, which has operated in the district for three decades.

Prime Group has launched a new branch in Gampaha at No. 6, Mangala Road, opening from 8:30 a.m. daily to serve customers seeking real estate solutions. According to the company, the branch represents a strategic expansion effort designed to enhance accessibility and service delivery in a key regional hub along the Central Expressway corridor.

The Gampaha location holds particular significance for Prime Group, as it was the site of the company's first land venture when it was founded. Chief Executive Officer Ruminda Randeniya stated that establishing a dedicated physical branch reflects the organization's long-term growth strategy and commitment to the district. The opening follows the company's successful launch of a Kalutara branch in December 2025, indicating a broader pattern of expansion across the island.

Over its 30-year history in the district, Prime Group claims to have developed more than 3,000 land projects and 12 housing and apartment complexes in Gampaha. The company's portfolio in the region includes residential developments such as Yolo, Venezia, and J'adore, as well as lifestyle projects including The Palace, The Life, and Prime Evoke. Additionally, Prime Group has established Prime Kadawatha, described as the only high-rise apartment project in Kadawatha, positioned near the Kadawatha Interchange.

The expansion underscores Prime Group's positioning as a leading real estate operator in Sri Lanka. The company has also invested in larger-scale projects, including Port City Colombo, which the organization characterizes as evidence of its ambition to establish an international footprint for Sri Lankan real estate development.
