The popular Galle-based restaurant Yazu at the Beach will operate a special pop-up dining experience at ON14 rooftop venue on August 28th, offering its signature Pan-Asian cuisine in Colombo.

Yazu at the Beach, known for its Pan-Asian offerings in Galle, will temporarily relocate to ON14 at Radisson Hotel Colombo for an exclusive one-night culinary event on August 28th. The takeover aims to bring the restaurant's casual dining atmosphere and shareable menu format to the Colombo rooftop venue.

The curated menu spans multiple Pan-Asian cuisines and cooking styles. Diners can expect traditional dim sum and steamed bao selections, including offerings such as truffle-infused edamame dumplings, prawn hargow, and sriracha chicken dumplings. The restaurant's sushi offerings feature both classical combinations and house creations, with options ranging from crispy vegetable rolls to grilled protein varieties.

The kitchen will also showcase wok and grill preparations featuring Thai, Korean, and Chinese influences. Dishes highlight bold flavours through Sichuan-inspired items, curry-based preparations, and grilled proteins cooked at the table. The meal concludes with dessert selections including chocolate and sesame combinations, tiramisu, and layered cake options.

According to the restaurant's promotional materials, the event is positioned as a casual group dining experience rather than formal fine dining. The rooftop setting at ON14 provides the venue backdrop for what organisers describe as an evening focused on generous ordering and shared dishes.
