Among the affected areas are the prison kitchen, rehabilitation building, rehabilitation office, the Chief Jailer's Office, and the prison hospital. Prison authorities have confirmed that the situation within the facility has now stabilized and returned to peaceful conditions.

The Department of Prisons has appealed to relatives of inmates who had gathered outside the prison to disperse in an orderly manner. Officials emphasized that the immediate priority is to maintain calm and prevent further disruption as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
