Recruitment platform XpressJobs served as the Official Recruitment Partner for Run for Hope Colombo 2026, a community fundraising event organized by the Voice Foundation to support the economic independence of single mothers across Sri Lanka.

Over 1,200 participants gathered at Viharamahadevi Park in Colombo for Run for Hope Colombo 2026, a fundraising initiative aimed at creating sustainable income opportunities for single mothers. The event, powered by title sponsor Nestomalt and organized by the Voice Foundation, attracted families, fitness enthusiasts, corporate teams and runners from diverse backgrounds who came together to support the social cause.

XpressJobs, Sri Lanka's leading recruitment technology platform, contributed to the event as the Official Recruitment Partner. The company sponsored prizes for the 2-kilometre race category and provided race entry tickets for 15 children from Mahiyanganaya to participate in the event. Representatives from XpressJobs, including Joe Peter (Head of Sales) and Ilakyia (Manager – HR & Operations), participated in the prize-giving ceremony.

Oshadie Korale, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of XpressJobs, emphasized the company's commitment to women's empowerment through employment opportunities.
